Which payment methods do you accept?

What does "processing" mean?

"Processing" means we've received your order and are preparing it for shipment. Once it ships, you'll get a tracking number, and your order status will change to "Completed."

How do I return a product?

You can return an order within 14 days of receiving it. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can't be held responsible for returns that get lost in the mail.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, masks, swimwear, or beauty products. This policy is for everyone's safety and is standard practice for these types of items.

Will my order ship in one package?

For logistical reasons, products in a single order may sometimes ship in separate packages. If you have any questions about a specific order, please contact us.
