Return Policy

When you purchase a product, you have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period begins the day after you, or a designated representative, have received the product.

During this period, you must handle the product and its packaging with care. You may only unwrap or use the product to the extent necessary to determine whether you wish to keep it. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all supplied accessories, in its original condition and packaging where reasonably possible, following the clear instructions we provide.

To initiate a return, you must notify us in writing or by email within 14 days of receiving the product. Once we have been notified, you must return the product within 14 days. You are responsible for proving that the product was returned on time, for instance, with a postal receipt or tracking number.

You received the wrong product.

We are all human, and sometimes a mistake can happen. If you receive the wrong product, please send a picture of the item to info@kimorali.com. Our customer service team will review the issue and assist you.

You received a damaged/defective product.

Although quality is our top priority, a product may occasionally arrive damaged. In this case, you are not required to return the item. Simply send an email to info@kimorali.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged product. If the photo confirms the damage, we will ship a new product to you at no extra cost.

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The product has been used or damaged by the consumer.
  • The product is underwear, masks, or a hygiene/beauty item.
  • The product has been modified.
  • The product is not in its original, saleable condition, unless the defect is our responsibility.
  • The product is not in its original packaging.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product. Please be aware that return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.
